Your Role:
As our Employee(s) Service, you are the heart of our hospitality. You will make our guests feel welcome and cared for, contributing to their ultimate hotel experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Hospitality: Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Service-oriented: Taking and serving orders, with attention to detail and quality.
- Mise en Place: Preparing the dining area for flawless service.
- Providing Information: Advise on our menu and handle special requests, including allergies.
- Process Payments: Ensure correct processing of accounts.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
